The MaxNOS is the newest product in the Sunoco race fuel range of high quality and high performance fuels and is replacing the Supreme NOS. All racers that have previously used the very popular Supreme NOS have reported increased power and lower qt miles times with the new MaxNOS. Thanks to a higher density and that it does not contain any oxygen (not beneficial in a NOS application) the MaxNOS is safe to run as a direct replacement for Supreme NOS. However, leaning off with approximately 1% will further enhance power but as with all recommendations please note that all engines are individual so make sure that any leaning off is carefully monitored.

Sunoco replaced its existing signs with new signs, designed by Everbrite and ProSign, which are illuminated with the ICETRON system. Each metal halide lamp and ballast system was replaced with an ICETRON system one for one. The sign illuminance was equal or improved compared to the metal halide lamps. Thanks to the improved CRI of the ICETRON lamp over the metal halide lamps previously used, the sign appearance ... was enhanced.

With the help of Xerox, Sunoco selected and implemented the Solimar Print/Director to replace the existing device. The Solimar RJE connectivity module allows the Print/Director system to seamlessly receive LCDS data streams from Sunoco's mainframe. In addition, Print/Director's XCHANGE::PostScript transform module automatically converts Sunoco's data streams and sends the resulting print files to network printers via TCP/IP. Best of all, the entire implementation was performed without the financial, human resource and/or business interruption costs commonly associated with redeveloping existing document applications.
