The Director of Student Leadership & Programming works closely with student clubs and organizations to create a vibrant, engaging and exciting calendar of events throughout the academic year. At Clark University, students are empowered to program for their community and are given the tools to help them succeed in bringing diverse programming opportunities to the campus.

The Leadership Training Institute (LTI) was established to assist new students and current leaders to transition into college leadership opportunities by teaching them the skills that are needed to serve successfully in leadership positions. The program will help students discover within themselves the qualities that make them effective people and leaders. LTI will help direct leaders into appointed and elected leadership positions that are available on campus and transferring those skills so that their marketability upon graduation is improved.

The School of Pharmacy Leadership Awards Program was developed by students in the School wishing to recognize the contributions of student leaders and advisors. Awards will be given in the following categories:

The Young Leaders Program is a school-based program that teaches the skills and attitudes needed for effective student and youth leadership. It is a program that teachers can easily conduct with their students. You don’t have to hire expensive consultants in or send your students away on excursions for them to learn the skills of leadership. The Young Leaders program lets you immerse them in a rich leadership program right in your own school.

Scholarships are available to students to attend existing student leadership camps, and schools can receive grant money to create student leadership programs in their communities. Funding is available NOW. There is no deadline – applications are accepted, and money is distributed, year round.
