Service activity: All Leadership Institute participants are required to complete one community service project in a group of Leadership Institute students. Participants at the opening day conference based on interest and time availability will select projects.

A Dana Scholar is an Agnes Scott student who exhibits exceptional leadership and service. Once selected, this group of students participates in a leadership series on various topics that expose them to cultural and community issues.

This award honors the multicultural student who exhibits qualities of leadership which the Hopkins community fosters. The recipient of this award continues to assume leadership roles within Baltimore and the Hopkins community.
