Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (07/26/04) - Two of the greatest fighters ever made are back in one lethal tag-team of a collection. Dust off those skills, because it's time for some street fighting!
"I'm so angry that I shall crush my own hand!" Forget that cheesy Van Damme flick, this Street Fighter is the real deal. If you want gut-wrenching, skull-smashing, blood-spurting violence of the highest degree, then this Sonny Chiba flick is for you. Sure, the blood looks like red paint, but the movie's still essential viewing for any true martial arts fan.

In its amazing twenty year history, Street Fighter has revolutionized the fighting genre and created a global legacy like no other. Few details have been released on the new game, outside of a heart-pounding preview trailer that set the gaming community on fire when it was released in October on the official website, StreetFighterWorld.com.

In addition to all that Street Fighter stuff, new comics based on the Onimusha and Devil Kings games are planned. Beyond even that, a pair of Capcom art books from Udon—Onimusha Dawn of Dreams: Official Complete Works and the Darkstalkers Graphic File—will eat away at your savings next year. One Darkstalkers art book, please!

Unlike the subsequent Street Fighter games, the player cannot choose their own character. Instead, the first player is assigned to play as Ryu, while a second player can join in and play as Ken in competitive matches. The player can perform all three of Ryu and Ken's signature special moves, but they are very difficult to do due to the game's controls, and ... are referred as the "secret moves." Due to the unbalanced nature of gameplay, doing 1 or 3 of these moves could easily defeat an opponent in a matter of seconds.
Street Fighter Online: Mouse Generation is built around mouse controls. You control all the action with the mouse. To move your character left and right, you slide the mouse in the corresponding direction. Sliding up makes your character jump. The left and right buttons perform, respectively, punch and kick attacks. Special moves are performed by combinations of the buttons and mouse gestures.
