The company issued 10,000,000 units (excluding over-allotment) at $8.00 unit for gross proceeds of $80,000 000. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant. That agreement was struck by a group of 24 [2122:New York City: stockbrokers and merchants at 68 Wall Street, under a buttonwood tree.
