Cink Cink was 20 when Parry asked the question, and a bit ahead of his teammates, in that he was married and had a son already. And Cink found a lot of his answer right there at home. His wife Lisa had chosen to follow Christ as a child. And she lived for Christ right in front of Stewart.
Cink never had trouble dealing with success. He could make a good shot and build a little momentum without getting carried away. But after a bad shot, he didn't know how to shake it off and feel confident he was going to follow it with a good one. That has become easier.

"The shot that I think really cost me was the second shot, not hitting it on the green," Cink said. "If I hit a decent shot there - a good 5-iron, middle of the green, maybe 20 feet - then there's suddenly a lot more pressure on Retief than there was earlier. Who knows, he may have missed the green or hit it closer than he did, but it probably would have changed the situation quite a bit."
"It was a great experience from start to finish," said Cink, whose only previous victory was at the Greater Hartford Open in 1997. "I just hung in there and gutted it out.
Teeing off after early-morning rain in hot, muggy conditions, Woods started the final round one stroke behind Cink at 8-under for the tournament. Woods, Cink and Paul Casey were paired in the last threesome in the tense, ever changing battle.

After a decade of decent but uninspired performances at Augusta National Golf Club, Cink turned a personal corner last April with his first top-10 finish in the Masters. He didn't break 70 in any of his rounds, but he proved something to himself anyway.
