Stewart Cink is one of the four professional golfers on the PGA Tour's policy board. He was a key voice for the pros as the FedEx Cup was being fleshed out over 18 months ago. Cink ... thinks the PGA Tour golfers are being a little quick to judgement and wishes they would see it out and allows tweaks to happen before getting their panties in a bunch.

Stewart Cink, a native of North Alabama and the Muscle Shoals area, is a 4-time winner on the PGA Tour. In addition, he has represented the United States at The President's Cup in 2000 and 2005 as well as The Ryder Cup in 2002, 2004 and now 2006.

Let’s face it – Stewart Cink should have won the Bridgestone. How he let Tiger wiggle off the hook is just amazing. Wonder if Tom Lehman was watching. He must have been choking on his divots seeing Cink first of all make a great run to get in a playoff and then cough it up. Don’t expect to see Cink in any final matches of singles play

Apparently, Stewart Cink likes playing after the majors. All of his tour victories have come the week after a major. Stewart won the NEC by 4 strokes (at -11), besting Tiger Woods and Rory Sabbatini who tied for 2nd.

Stewart Cink of Duluth was chosen to represent the United States in the 35th Ryder Cup Matches at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Township, Mich., by captain Hal Sutton. The matches, which will be held on the South course of Oakland Hills, begin on Friday Sept. 17.
