Steiner Leisure Ltd. said Wednesday its fourth-quarter profit fell on higher operating expenses and income taxes. The company, which offers cruises and spa services, posted a 16.6 percent drop in net income, to $11 million, or 67 cents per share, from $13.2 million, or 75 cents per share. Revenue climbed 10.8 percent to $135.2 million from $122.1 million.
