Known as the oldest and most championed franchise in the AFC, Pittsburgh Steelers had powerfully appears in six Super Bowls and is among the three teams in the league who have won the Super Bowl five times. The team was originally known as the Pittsburgh Pirates and had joined the NFL in the year 1933. The Steelers are currently based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and are members of the Northern Division of the American Football Conference in the National Football League.

Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward is hurting after remarks made by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Roethlisberger told the Pittsburgh Post Gazette that the Steelers should acquire a tall wide receiver, specifically to help in the “red zone” and for a bailout target when he’s under pressure. Roethlisberger cited 6’5” Plaxico Burress, a former Steelers receiver, as they type of receiver the Steelers should acquire.
