Starcraft is a ORTSFPNS (Online Real Time Strategy First Person N00b Shooter) invented by Blizzard during the Great Oppression in order to increase business to the Korean ISP business, which they pwned. The game is based on a non-standard deck of cards, with three Races: the Zerg (monkey-eating dinosaur-lizards), the Terran(named after Koreans named Andrew), and the Protoss (who start off with three aces due to the Zealot speed upgrade). The developers, in a completely unforeseen and generally questioned departure from industry standards, gave each of the races different units. The Brood War expansion packs include new units for all three races; ... Brood War is considered a letdown and even regression compared to the original, and nobody plays it. The game also displays graphic amounts of blood, which pleases many fans. While the game is technically playable on tables in real life with friends, this is seldom done. Most of the action occurs online, where Koreans and n00bs using map hacks square off against computers.

Gameplay in Starcraft has clear similarities to Blizzard's earlier Warcraft 2. Building units requires credits and a power source, and once completed you can direct them into combat with foes. You only know the layout of terrain you have visited, and only the exact whereabouts of enemy units which are range for one of your units, due to the Fog of War.

Blizzard entertainment ’Starcraft 2‘ and the last press conference announced the race Zerg. The world’s first demonstration to be held in South Korea. The Starcraft franchise was expanded when Blizzard Entertainment announced with a lot of hype the console game Starcraft: Ghost, on September 22, 2002. For four long years, every Starcraft fan has awaited this game with anticipation. The game originally was developed by Nihilistic Software and Blizzard Entertainment. The development cycle was extended when the expected Summer 2004 game release date was delayed. On 2004, Nihilistic departed the project due to a contractual commitment to develop Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects.
