1. Lego Star Wars: The Video Game -- Phantom Menace
   The Star Wars franchise has always occupied a lively fantasy world, but LEGO STAR WARS: THE VIDEO GAME takes George Lucas's sci-fi universe to new, silly extremes. The game forgoes the advanced special effects and computer generated vistas of the first three films (The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith) and instead constructs them from brightly colored LEGO toy blocks. The result is an even stranger invention of otherworldly beings and space cowboy heroics that should entertain fans of the movies and LEGOs alike.
2. Star Wars
   One of the prominent elements of the Star Wars series is the "Force" — an omnipresent form of energy which can be harnessed by those with unique abilities. It is described in the first film as, "an energy field created by all living things [that] surrounds us, penetrates us, and binds the galaxy together." Those who can use the Force can perform feats of telekinesis, clairvoyance, precognition, and mind control, as well as amplifying certain physical traits, such as reflexes. While the Force can be used for good, it has a dark side, which, when pursued, imbues users with hatred, aggression, and malevolence. The six films feature the Jedi Knights, who use the Force for good, and the Sith Lords, who use the dark side for evil in an attempt to take over the galaxy.

4. Star Wars -- Expanded Universe
   Star Wars fiction flourished during the time of the original series (1977–1983) but slowed to a trickle afterwards. In 1991... Timothy Zahn's Thrawn Trilogy debuted, sparking a new interest in the Star Wars universe. Since then, several hundred tie-in novels have been published by Bantam and Del Rey. A similar resurgence in the Expanded Universe occurred in 1996 with the Steve Perry novel Shadows of the Empire, set between Episodes V and VI, and accompanying video game and comic book series.
5. Star Wars -- Sith Plug
   The site drops hints that there's a possibility even more characters from the Star Wars universe could appear—there are no shortage of Jedi and Sith out there—but doesn't provide much beyond a fantasy roster. Hey, it can't be worse than Masters of Teras Kasi and it's definitely better than some godawful Todd McFarlane custom creation.
6. Lucasfilm -- Star Wars

   Unlike the heroes of earlier space set sci-fi film and TV series such as Star Trek, the heroes of Star Wars are not militaristic types but romantic individualists. College literature professors have remarked that the Star Wars saga, with its struggle between good and evil, democracy and empire, can be considered a national epic for the United States. The film has many visual and narrative similarities to John Ford's "The Searchers" that ... provides a clue to the relationship between Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker.
8. Anakin Skywalker -- Star Wars
   Anakin Skywalker is the central character in the Star Wars franchise.[2][3][4][5] The original and prequel trilogies follow Anakin's rise as a vessel of The Force, his fall to the dark side, and his ultimate redemption. In the prequel films, Anakin is a Jedi Padawan, and later a Jedi Knight of legend. As revealed in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, he is the father of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa.
9. Super Star Wars -- Games
   By the third game in the Super Star Wars series, the developers were becoming quite proficient recreating the Star Wars universe on the SNES. Easily the best game in this 16-bit trilogy, Super Return of the Jedi's only major problem had nothing to do with inherent design flaws, it had to do with the fact that by the time this game was released, next-gen fever was thoroughly under way. While the smell of more videogame processing horsepower may have slightly dampened this game's release in the fall of '94, it's quite a revelation to go back to it now.
10. Star Wars Battlefront -- Games
    This sequel to Star Wars Battlefront improves upon its predecessor with a variety of gameplay enhancements, such as upgraded AI, more than 16 new battlegrounds, and greater story emphasis. In addition to the rebel, clone, and droid warriors from the original game, you can play as a Jedi, complete with lightsaber attacks and force powers.
