Stacy Keibler is a German American and was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and grew up in a baltimore suburb, Glen Burnie. After high school, she attended Towson University where she studied Mass Communications.

Born October 14, 1979 in Baltimore, Maryland, Stacy Keibler naturally gravitated toward physical activity such as dance from childhood. From the age of three she was involved in ballet, tap and jazz dance, her parents making a commitment to go as far as Stacy's talents would take her.

Stacy Keibler was born on October 14, 1979 in Baltimore, Maryland. At young age, she pursued being an entertainer, so is was only natural that she studied Mass Communications at Towson University. On of her early breaks as a performer came as a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens football team. Her transition into wrestling came in the Fall of 1999 as a dancer where she participated in the "Nitro Girl Search". Soon after, she began to dance on World Championship Wrestling (WCW) shows as "Skye".

Stacy Keibler was born on October 14, 1979, in Baltimore, MD. Before her involvement in wrestling, she was a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens. In 1999, she entered a contest to become a WCW Nitro Girl. The Nitro Girls were a dance troop in WCW that would perform in the ring. They were used as a time-filler between matches and during commercial breaks. She won the contest and became known as Nitro Girl Skye.
