[One] famous South Park is located in Frankfurt, Germany. Named Lunkensburg after the famous Edward Lunken who owned a large castle on the site. The Lunken castle was razed to the ground by tax officials, who decided enough was enough and stepped in to stop Lunken's constant tax evasion. Lunken fled Germany and became a pirate on the pacific ocean, and is now renowned as a local hero in his town of birth.

South Park Township Library’s roots reach back to 1833 and the private library of John Moore, a resident of the area now called Library. That library is now housed in the lower level of the municipal building. The Library boasts a collection of over 40,000 items, including periodicals, best-selling fiction, videos, books on CD, books on CD/DVD and large print books.

The number of homeless people in South Park is increasing as they eat, sleep, and beg for change across the town. While the adults try to find creative solutions to deal with the homeless, the boys are trying to figure out a way to solve the problem for good.
