In addition to developing luxury condominium cottages and villas, the Company developed all common areas of the retirement community, including the clubhouse and heath care facility. For its efforts in developing the continuing care retirement community, the Company receives from The Cypress of Charlotte Club, Inc. and The Cypress of Charlotte Owners' Association a payment equal to a percentage of actual costs of operating The Cypress. In addition, the Company is entitled to assess and collect a membership fee for all memberships acquired in connection with The Cypress.
