With the south beach diet you can eat lots of fruits and veggies and can have lean beef, pork, veal and lamb. You can have good fats like olive oil, canola oil and peanut oil. The south beach diet does not allow you to eat white flour or white sugar but you can have whole grain breads and cereals and wholewheat pasta. On the southbeach diet your meals will consist of healthy carbs, proteins and fats. There are no calories, carbs, fats or proteins to be counted and there is no limit to the portion size.
