This doesn't mean the ROM isn't used in the US Final Fantasy Chronicles, though. It still "rips" the graphics, sound, enemy data, and such in real time. They are exactly the same. However, the US version ROM is different than the Japanese one.

Discontinued DOS TheSE, which stands for The SNES Emulator, is an emulator from the same team that created the now dead USNES. It hasn't been updated in a long time, the website is down and it's probably discontinued.

This little util is great for finding the corresponding hex address of each character and placement of words in a rom. It was written by [J3D!] of Dejap translations. This can save alot of time especially if the rom does not have saved ram.

As most PD SNES compiler's often compile to a SMC, this is a convenient utility. If an extension other than SMC is specified, it will assume you are sending a raw image (such as the *.SNS files Romulator saves cartridges as) and send it normally without skipping the SMC header.

Nexedit, quite simply, is a basic Hex editor with some special goodies and tools designed for hacking NES and SNES roms. It can edit the text and CHR (graphics) info of most NES roms. It ... supports XLATE table files for text editing. It also sucks ass.
