The Slackers were a four-piece band that played various bars and taverns from Everett to Burien and even ventured to Central Washington on a few occasions. They played Classic Rock mostly but did do a few newer songs. They prided themselves on playing top notch vintage gear such as Gibson, Rickenbacker and Fender guitars as well as Vox, Fender and Matchless Amplifiers.
