The report examines a selected electronic business system that supports an e-business activity in an organisation, namely, the online ticketing systems of Singapore Airlines. The system is described and evaluated using the Principle Based Systems Analysis (PBSA) methodology and providing system diagrams and snapshots of the work system. The role of technology in the system is discussed with special reference to the principles of e-business. The validity and value of the e-business system for meeting the desired objectives is assessed.
