Sevendust was formed in the '90s and was first noticed with their single "My Ruin" when they were called Crawlspace in 1995. They changed their name to Sevendust in 1997 and released their self-titled debut album. They are still making music today and you can see them play it live when you get your tickets today.

Although Sevendust wrapped up this leg of the tour, there is little doubt the road dogs will take too much time away from their first love of playing live. And it is that love of playing and respect for each fan in attendance that keeps Sevendust's live show fresh and clean show after show after show.

In March, Sevendust added former Snot guitarist Sonny Mayo to its lineup after a December split with former axeman Clint Lowery. The latter artist is now a member of the new act Dark New Day.

Sevendust will release a new DVD/CD package, entitled 'Retrospective 2', on December 11. The set will include three brand new audio tracks, never-before-seen live concert footage, the new video for the song "Beg To Differ", videos for "Ugly", "Pieces", and "Driven", outtakes from a day in the life of Sevendust spanning the last four years, plus much more.

Mayo says that the ability to put on such a high energy show night after night is in Sevendust's blood. "We try to come from a place of energy so that when we get back on stage, we get back into that place where the original creation came from," Mayo said.
