   Toys ''R'' Us contends that its contract contains very limited exceptions to the exclusivity provisions. It was not given exclusivity for video games or for children's books, music and videos. And if Toys ''R'' Us declined to sell a particular item, Amazon could carry the item, but it could not have another merchant sell it, according to Toys ''R'' Us.
