1. Amnesty -- International Secretariat
   Amnesty International welcomes any reduction in the use of lethal force. However, claims that tasers have led to a fall in police shootings need to be put into perspective, given that shootings constitute only a small percentage of all police use of force. In contrast, taser usage has increased dramatically, becoming the most prevalent force option in some departments. While police shootings in Phoenix fell from 28 to 13 in 2003, tasers were used that year in 354 use-of-force incidents, far more than would be needed to avoid a resort to lethal force.
2. Interpol -- Interpol General
   Interpol is the world's fifth-largest international organization in terms of the number of member countries, after the Universal Postal Union, FIBA (the International Basketball Federation), the United Nations, and FIFA (Football's international governing body). Its membership of 186 countries provides finance of around US$59 million through annual contributions. (By comparison, Europol receives $90 million annually.) The organization's headquarters are in Lyon, France. Its current Secretary-General is Ronald Noble, formerly of the United States Treasury. Noble is the first non-European to hold the position of Secretary-General. Jackie Selebi, National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, was president from 2004 but resigned on January 13, 2008.[2]

   The chief executive of the Northwest Territories is the premier, who presides over an eight-member executive council (cabinet) and the Legislative Assembly. Representing the interests of the federal government is a commissioner, who operates under instructions periodically given by the Canadian governor-general in council or by the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.

   A large room located in the upper ring of Ba Sing Se where the Council of Five meets to discuss war plans. The Councils war room is where the Generals draft their war plans before sending them to the Earth King for final approval. Prior to the Earth King's revelation regarding the war, the Generals would commonly send their plans to Grand Secretariat Long Feng for approval. On the floor of the room is a large map of the Avatar world with colored stone tokens spread out across it representing military units. The Generals move these tokens around to deduce the most effective battle strategies. It is here where General How and the others made the decision to use General Fong's base as the launching point for the Fire Nation invasion.
7. World Heritage Site -- World Heritage Convention
   The World Heritage Convention, adopted by UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation) in 1972, provides for the identification, protection and conservation of natural and cultural sites of outstanding universal value. In July 2003, 730 such sites across the world were included on The World Heritage List, ranging from the Taj Mahal to the Tower of London, the Great Wall of China to the Grand Canyon.
8. United Nations -- United Nations High Commissioner
   The United Nations linked human rights treaty bodies are committees of independent experts that monitor implementation of the core international human rights treaties. There are now seven UN-linked human rights treaty bodies, including the Human Rights Committee and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. Secretariat services are provided regarding six of those (excluding the latter) by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

    When Grameen Bank began its operation in 1983, it had a paid-up capital of Tk 3 crore and the government had 60 per cent share. The capital now stands at Tk 29.15 crore, but the government share has decreased to 25 per cent.
