When Seattle Seahawks tickets gave long suffering Seattle football fans a trip to the Super Bowl the whole city was flying high. After Super Bowl XL was over it was time to come back down to earth. Yes, the Seahawks had a rough time with the officiating and yes Mike Holmgren was making some noise after it was all over but those issues have been put into the past. Now the Seahawks have the enviable task of avoiding the post-Super Bowl blues that have plagued teams in the past. The fact is, exactly none of the last five Super Bowl losers made it back to the playoffs in the following season. The Seahawks should avoid that fate quite easily.

Seattle Seahawk tickets hit the market in 1976, when the city was awarded an expansion team by the NFL. The team struggled as a typical expansion team for its first few years, but slowly ascended to successful heights. The team qualified for its first playoff appearance in 1983, and have been a seemingly-perennial contender ever since. The team qualified for its first Super Bowl after the 2005 season, and the roster is young and star-studded. If you want to see intense football in a festive environment, see a game in the Pacific Northwest.

Even if the Seattle Seahawks don’t win the Super Bowl they still have won when it comes to helping improve the Washington public school system. The Seahawks announced January 16 that they will partner with Symetra Financial of Bellevue, Wash. I bring this up because in the past few months I have a heard a lot about professional teams helping out local school systems and improving the lives’ of children.
