The Satyr tragopan is quite heavy, the cock is around 4lbs in weight. He has a dark brown back with a mostly black head and black on the end of his tail. However he ... has a glorious deep red breast, the red stretches right up over the neck and the base of his wings and covers his belly. To add to this his body is covered with lots of white ocelli edged in black. There are some red feathers on the crown and a glimpse of bright blue can be seen on or around the face. It is here the tremendous transformation takes place.

Satyr plays derive their name from the fact that the chorus is always made up of satyrs, the mythical half goat-half man creatures that accompanied Dionysus. The setting is presumed to be usually bucolic, and the chorus leader was always Silenus, a round version of a satyr similar to the Bacchus of Fantasia, who frolics continuously and makes and drinks wine. He was a sort of water-spirit whose duty it was to keep the vines well watered, hence his taste for wine. Often, he was Papposilenus, an older version of the same character, like the one seen on the right holding a thyrsus and accepting what looks like a child from Hermes. Dionysus himself does not appear in the plays.

Mid December 1970, the Satyr was back in the Mekong Delta area. With one run to Long Xuyen, she remained in the Tan Chau area until 15 February 1971 and then returned to Long Xuyen where she operated until decommissioned and transferred to the South Vietnamese Navy on 30 September 1971. The same day she was recommissioned as the VNS Vinh Long (HQ-802). With the fall of the South Vietnamese Government she left for the Philippines where she served as Yakal in the Philippine Navy.

Satyr Multiplexer and Zorp can communicate via an SSL-encrypted channel. For this, a certificate has to be available on the Zorp firewall that Zorp uses to authenticate the connection to the Multiplexer. The Multiplexer verifies this certificate using the certificate of the CA issuing Zorp's certificate, therefore the certificate of the CA has to be imported to the machine running the Zorp Authentication Agent.

This is the model Lingenfelder used when he approached the making of Satyr (named after the minor Greek gods who cavorted with Dionysos, drank wine, danced, played the flute, and generally pursued Nymphs). After small experiments in 1979 (with a Riesling Spätlese from the Goldberg vineyard), 1983, 1984, and 1985, Lingenfelder finally felt confident enough to produce a small commercial quantity of a sparkling wine with the 1994 Riesling Kabinett from Goldberg. A year later, freshly pressed Riesling juice of Spätlese was added, the wine was bottled, and triage began. After five years on the lees, the wine was disgorged and Riesling juice of Spätlese quality from the 2000 vintage was added as dosage.
