Satanism, the first carnal religion in human history, was codified and established by Anton Szandor LaVey (1930-1997) with the founding of the Church of Satan in 1966 C.E. (Year One). It is a religion and a philosophy based on man as he really is: a carnal being free from the fiction that is spirituality and one who champions total responsibility, pragmatism, and the here-and-now. Currently, the Church of Satan is headed by High Priest Peter H. Gilmore, High Priestess Peggy Nadramia, and Magistra Blanche Barton. Boullan seems to have been obsessed with Satanism and evel since the age of 29, when he took a nun named Adele Chevalier as his mistress. Chevalier left her convent, bore two bastard children and founded with Boullan The Society for the Reparation of Souls. Boullan specialized in exorcising demons by unconventional means, such as feeding possessed victims a mixture of human excrement and the Eucharist. He ... performed black masses. Satanism is not in any way Devil-worshipping. In fact, the word Satan was chosen for many reasons, but none was for the approval of the worst acts that man could commit to another. Satanism is the acknowledgment of man’s best and worst, and that there is no supreme God that rules you. However, the word does stand for the snubbing of Judaism and their perceived right morals.

The existence of one or two of these things is not 100% proof that the young person is involved in Satanism. It does mean you should look deeper. Check the persons bedroom, the garage, the basement, tree house or near by woods to see if you find other signs. If you uncover a number of these signs, it is a good indicator that the person is dabbling in the occult.
