The Minister of Justice and Attorney General Frank Quennell, Q.C., has officially declared March 21st as International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan will join with nations around the world on that day to promote a society free from all forms of racism.

Husband and wife, Glen Mengering, and Kerrie Wlad, formerly from Saskatoon and now living in Longmont Colorado, come back to Saskatchewan to take the top male and female spots in the triathlon held in Waskesiu. They are off to Kona to compete at the ironman world championship later this year.
