Sarah organized the Lilith Fair summer tour which became known as a female Lollapalooza. Sarah headlined the tour with numerous, interchanging female artists joining her at different venues. The Lilith Fair was one of the most successful summer tours of the year. Sarah stated that the tour "doesn't exclude men...it simply celebrates women."
