Sara Evans Biography In spring 2006 Sara Evans released Always There through Hallmark stores for Mother's Day. The album has six of her favorite already-released songs including a live version of "Suds In The Bucket" and an acoustic version of "Born To Fly." Two new songs are on the disc including "You Ought To Know By Now" and "Brooklyn & Austin."

Sara Evans Country star SARA EVANS has filed legal papers to set a trial date for her divorce from estranged husband CRAIG SCHELSKE. The Cheatin' singer has submitted court documents in Franklin, Tennessee accusing Schelske of refusing to be bound by the terms of a mediation agreement the former couple made in May (07). Evans' legal papers claim a parenting plan formed part of the agreement reached. Evans and Schelske were married for 13 years - both accuse the other of having an affair. She filed for divorce in October 2006.
In an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, aspiring artists compete for a chance to perform as Sara Evans' opening act in the new CMT special, BIG BREAK, premiering Saturday, August 4 at 9:30 p.m., ET/PT. In the half-hour special, dozens of artists audition, but only one is given the chance to take the stage before one of country music's biggest stars.
