Waverly Hills Sanatorium main entrance Waverly Hills Sanatorium hosted the last show of the touring music festival Sounds of the Underground 2007 on August 11th. The show featured prominent acts in the extreme metal and metalcore scene, including Job for a Cowboy, The Acacia Strain, Hatebreed, Shadows Fall,Chimaira, GWAR, and Lamb of God. It is unknown whether or not Waverly Hills Sanatorium plans to hold similar festivals or concerts in the future. This will not happen again according to the following article:
