SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The Catholic Association of Latino Leaders (C.A.L.L.) will hold its National Inaugural event and identity unveiling at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at Club Giraud in San Antonio, Texas. Cardinals, Bishops, and clergy from the U.S. and the Vatican have been invited to attend this premier event. In addition, Latino business leaders and prominent businessmen from across the country will attend and are lending their name and talent to ensuring the success of this one of a kind organization.
The event underscored the importance of manufacturing to the local San Antonio economy. According to a recent economic impact study, in 2006, employees of San Antonio's manufacturing sector averaged a 13 percent greater salary than other workers in the area. Companies such as Kimberly-Clark Professional offer opportunities for local workers to be part of this skilled labor force.
