Samantha Karen Fox, known as Sam Fox, was born on April 15, 1966 in London, England. Her family was long involved in market trading. At a young age she had an interest in theatre and her first stage appearance occurred when she was three years old. At age five she was enrolled in the Anna Scher Theater School. Her first TV spot was at the age of ten in a BBC play called No Way Out. After leaving Anna Scher she enrolled in the Judy Dench Mountview Theatre School at age eleven.
