The third disc of the set is a real treat and, if you're a Kinison fan, is worth the price of the set alone. This bonus disc contains two of Sam's personal home movies. The first was shot by Sam (early in his career) at his parents' home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and features his parents, younger brother Kevin and future sister-in-law. In this 17-minute piece, Sam tours the home and requests that his family say things into the camera so he might look back at the tape on those lonely nights on the road. Running 15 minutes, the second video features Sam's trip to Hawaii with his new wife Malika and some of her family. This home movie was filmed closer to Sam's death.

Stern and Kinison eventually made up and paired on Stern's pay-per-view special, U.S. Open Sores. Today Howard Stern remembers Kinison fondly and acknowledges his comedic genius often on his radio show. In the mid-1990s, Stern purchased the movie rights to Kinison's biography Brother Sam, written by his brother Bill, but later revealed on the air that "no studio was interested in financing the movie," partially because of the comedian's controversial nature, and partially because the story had such a tragic ending. In April 2007, it was revealed on XM that it may be made into a TV movie with comedian Jeff Duran[2].

Shortly after the series' cancellation, Kinison was fatally injured and his wife seriously hurt in an automobile crash. It is ironic, with Kinison's efforts to clean up his personal life, that the driver of the car at fault was drunk. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide.
