   Founded in 1995, Salon Media Group is a leading new media company that produces an award winning Internet site, Salon.com, as well as two subscription-based online communities, The WELL and Table Talk. Salon logged 3.8 million unique visitors in July 2001, as audited by the Audit Bureau of Circulations. Companies which have advertised on Salon include IBM, Lexus, PBS, Universal Studios, Hewlett-Packard, Ford, Sprint, Absolut, Powell's Books, Discover Card and Intel.

   Alopecia areata is a condition that is typified by patchy hair loss over the scalp or body. It comes in several forms ranging from a single patch to total body hair loss (alopecia universalis).

5. Circulation -- Company
   Salon City's current circulation, approximately 75,000 copies, is increasing due to Time Warner's and Kable's "ramp up" with national buyers for major retail chains. In 2008, the company expects to sell up to 300 ad pages at average page rates of $8,500 or more. Using existing circulation and a 10- time frequency as a base line, this represents $2.5 million dollars a year in revenues, with gross profits in excess of 50 percent. The company's projected break-even point, based on maintaining current circulation and a 10-time frequency, is $1.2 million dollars. Added revenue, not currently projected, will come from subscriptions, newsstand sales, online sales, web memberships, events and special promotions.
6. Sedu Hair Styles -- Face
   Natural Sedu hair style is simple. The hair is either left lose and straight, with some curls at the bottom, or twisted into lose bun to express the naturalness of the image. Sometimes when hair is left lose it is better to pin up the framing tresses to show the face.

    Jake Tapper is the Washington correspondent for Salon.com. Before joining the Salon team, Tapper wrote for The Washington City Paper.
