Mineo is brilliant as the shy, baby-faced sex offender and has vulnerability and pain reminiscent of Montgomery Clift. Shot 10 years after Rebel Without A Cause, it's clear that his film career was sadly on the outs. What a shame. But he's not the only standout in this sleaze-fest which includes a group that is surprisingly cast of respected Broadway and Hollywood actors to fill the numerous roles of lesbos, tramps, scumbags, and budding-Lolitas. Yes, this is true exploitation in all it's grime and glory. Picture quality is a little rough but still viewable.

Mineo's homosexuality was a fairly open secret even at the height of his Hollywood success. He was rumored to have pursued numerous affairs, including one with Ray during the filming of Rebel without a Cause.
