As previously announced, Rock Band is slated for release on the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system on December 18, 2007 in North America. Rock Band will ship in Canada on December 17th for Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION 3 and PlayStation 2. Rock Band will ship in Europe for the Xbox 360(R)video game and entertainment system from Microsoft(R) and PLAYSTATION(R)3 computer entertainment system and PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system in the first quarter of 2008.

Who's Next will be the first album available for Rock Band owners to purchase soon after the game's release with new content planned every week following Rock Band's launch this Holiday. Judging from the pre-release “buzz”, if you plan to “wow” your friends and family with Rock Band, you need to jump on getting a copy as soon as it’s released. Pre-order sales have already been limited by the manufacturer to only one per household, so be prepared…this awesome game will probably sell out in record time.
