The creators of Robot Chicken are Seth Green and Matthew Senreich. Green is well-known for his acting roles in dozens of movies such as Without a Paddle and The Italian Job, as well as the hit TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and as the voice of Chris in Family Guy. Senreich was editor of ToyFare, a magazine about action figures, and then editorial director for all of Wizard Entertainments publications.

By the way, this will be Mark Hamill's second visit to Robot Chicken. He voiced three characters, one of them was himself, in a 2005 episode. Other celebrity voices in the Star Wars special include Conan O'Brien, James van der Beek, Hulk Hogan, Abraham Benrubi, Breckin Meyer, Joey Fatone, and regular Seth MacFarlane.

The 30-minute spoof of all things Star Wars will air on Adult Swim on Sunday, June 17th at 10PM, kicking off a best-of Robot Chicken marathon.
