Robert Wise is the author of twenty- nine published books and numerous articles. When There Is No Miracle sold for over twenty-five years. He authored When The Night Is Too Long, and The People of the Covenant Series including The Dawning, The Exiles, and The Fall Of Jerusalem, for Thomas Nelson publishers. In addition, he has been the ghost author of six published novels, as well as the non fiction book, The Death of Innocence, the story of the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. In the millennium series, his best-selling works include The Third Millennium, The Fourth Millennium, Beyond the Millennium, and Megamillennium. Most recently, Wise has published a mystery series with Warner Faith, including Wired and Tagged.

The commission's Dr. Robert Wise said the organization wants to see evidence that MRSA testing and other measures work. He said the commission hopes to have an answer early next year and then will then decide whether to adopt new standards.

Wise was a 2000 graduate of Godby High, where he played soccer, ran cross country and was a Cadet Corps commander in the school's Air Force Junior ROTC program. He was working for a local electric-supply company and attending Tallahassee Community College at the time he was activated.
