Polar Opposites Henrik Stenson of Sweden and Robert Allenby of Australia came together in rainy, windy Miami Thursday to share the lead after the opening round of the WGC-CA Championship with 5-under 67s. Tiger Woods opened with a 71, while Phil Mickelson had a 77 that included two double bogeys in a row.

Stephen Lowery claimed a share of the lead with a -6 (65) to back up his first round 67 and Lowery and Allenby take a one stroke lead into the weekend. First round co-leader Toshi Izawa failed to make a move and blew out to a 73 and is at -4 along with three-time defending champion Tiger Woods. Izawa's first round co-leader, South African Retief Goosen, is at -9 following a 68, while Justin Rose sits at -8 and Phil Mickelson is one further back at -7.
