RIMS-BTSA stands for the Riverside, Inyo, Mono, San Bernardino County Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment Program. RIMS-BTSA provides service and support to 1,400 beginning teachers per year through 500 in-district support providers. Teachers and support providers in the Program use the CFASST© statewide system to record professional growth. CFASST© is the acronym for the California Formative Assessment and Support System for Teachers.
