Triple H has made no secret in saying that Ric Flair was his favorite wrestler. In late 2002, the stable of Evolution was formed with Triple H as the leader. The concept was that Flair was the greatest of the last generation, Triple H was the greatest wrestler at the moment and the future of wrestling was Batista & Randy Orton. Even though Evolution has broken up, there is no doubt that Ric Flair will still be a main player in WWE.

In 1991 Ric Flair would join the WWF for his first run in the company. He ... took the World Title with him from WCW and called himself the real world champion. Ric Flair made many accomplishment s during his 2 year spell for the company. He would win the 1992 Royal Rumble winning his first WWF title and then he would also have feuds with the likes of Randy Savage and Bret Hart. Ric Flair would not stay long in the WWF and would go back to WCW.

During her days with WCW, Keibler was romantically linked with David Flair, the son of legendary wrestler Ric Flair. After joining WWE, Keibler was in a relationship with Andrew "Test" Martin for several years. The couple were reported to have separated shortly before Martin was fired by WWE while recovering from neck surgery, but maintained a friendship. In late-2004 and early-2005, it was rumored that Keibler was in a relationship with Randy Orton, but neither Orton nor Keibler ever confirmed the relationship.

Flair would move forward to take the Intercontinental title from Carlito. After dropping the title to Shelton Benjamin, Flair paired with Roddy Piper to defeat the Spirit Squad. Flair had earlier held tag team gold with Batista. Flair and Piper would eventually loe the belts to Rated RKO (Edge and Randy Orton).

Flair defeated Savage in a steel cage at SuperBrawl VI to win the WCW World title, which saw Savage betrayed by Elizabeth in favor of Flair. Flair even defeated Konnan on July 7 at Bash at the Beach 1996 to win the United States Championship. He vacated it in November of that year due to an arm injury.
