Registered candidates must give NCIDQ adequate notice of their wish to cancel their registration in order to receive any refund or credit for exam fees paid. Candidates who wish to cancel must do so in writing using the Exam Cancellation Form. The cancellation deadline is noted on the form.

The fee is $2.50 upon registration of each motor vehicle. The fee for motorcycles is $5. The fee applies to the vehicle owner or operator. For information, contact the Driver License Division, 965-4437.

Credit cards are not accepted for Nigerian registration fees. This includes anyone who is requesting a Nigerian test center or who has a Nigerian mailing address. Only admission tickets indicating a Nigerian test center will be accepted for testing in Nigeria.
