Randy Rhoads: People
built 277 days ago
The Randy Rhoads Years People speculate what Randy Rhoads would sound like had he lived a long life. Randy would have always sounded like Randy. No matter his choice of genre. His guitar riffs would be flawless. And you'd put on any Randy Rhoads record and be blown away!

Last year Randy got voted Best New Talent in Guitar Player. When something like that happens to a young guitar player, he could do two things: He could say, "Hey, I've made it, and I don't need to get any better at this!" or he could do the opposite, which is what Randy did. He went totally into his playing. He stopped partying hard when he realized that people were paying attention to what he was doing. On the first tour he was a little crazy, but by the last tour he was totally serious--little or no drinking.
"Throughout the years many people have wondered and looked for a biography on their guitar hero and the legend that was and is Randy Rhoads! That book never transpired for many reasons, some good, some not so good. Whatever the reason, there has not been a successful publication on the life and times of Randy Rhoads, until now.
Channel Icon Randy is by far the best case of robbed potential, he was doing so great, hell, he was ripping things that Van Halen was scared to show people. Randy breathed life into the dull scene back then, and he breathes life into the new metal now, if it wasn't for Randy, then guitar, rock, and metal would never be the same, and for all of those who state that other people are "kings", go find a video of them and then do it, looking like an idiot or talking like one sure does help their image.
