Rampage

Up front, the Rampage exhibits a fresh interpretation of the Dodge truck style architecture -- a new look for a new truck. The signature Dodge six- sided crossbar grille is set flush within a curving plane that encompasses rectangular wraparound headlamps. Featuring LED lighting, all exterior lamps rely on light-piping and both clear and frosted acrylic to achieve a cleaner look.

Strength Level: The limits of Rampage's super-strength have never been measured. The incremental increase in muscle density acted in direct proportion to the amount of solar radiation her body could metabolize. Based upon observable data, Rampage’s upper strength levels were likely in the 85-ton range. At a height of eight-feet, she was powerful enough to fight Superman to a standstill.

Later, Depth Charge arrived on prehistoric Earth with the single-minded goal of destroying Rampage. Rampage was beside himself with joy, eager for revenge on his old "playmate". Depth Charge's loss at Colony Omicron had embittered him, and Rampage used this emotional wound to torment the Maximal. They met in battle numerous times, fairly evenly matched.

Rampage appeared as part of a team sent to Earth by Shockwave to get rid of his former leader Megatron. Their attempt failed, as Megatron defeated them all. Megatron would apparently perish in a Space Bridge explosion, and Rampage would join Shockwave's army on Earth.

Though a violent sociopath, Rampage was not without compassion. He found a kindred spirit in the badly damaged Transmutate and sought to protect it from the other Predacons. When Transmutate was killed, Rampage bellowed in grief.

The Transformer later known as Rampage was a former Maximal that was the test subject of the Maximal elders who sought to duplicate Starscream's immortal spark. They instead ended up with a powerful, psychotic creature who had a resilient, though not quite indestructible spark. He was given no name and was referred to as “Protoform X”.
