When Ralf first came into F1 in 1997 he was exciting to watch, the car was always on the edge and you could see he was pushing hard. After getting picked up by Williams he just kind of fizzled. Yes, when things were on the line he'd turn in the occasional spectacular drive but for the most part he just doesn't have the abilities of his older brother.

Now that most of the 2008 rides are taken, Ralf has seemingly gotten a bit more desperate, and fired his manager Hans Mahr. For his part, Mahr is said to be shifting his efforts from F1 management to a new media enterprise. Nice timing.
