The Dutch player Raemon Sluiter received in October the first wildcard for the 34th ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament. Today he announced that unfortunately he will not be able to compete in the tournament, which will be held from 19th till 25th of February. The 28 years old tennis player from Rotterdam injured himself during the qualifications of the Australian Open. Sluiter, who would have loved to play in Ahoy Rotterdam, said that he is very disappointed not to be able to attend. The organization regrets his cancellation and wishes him a quick recovery. The two remaining wildcards will be appointed just before the tournament by Tournament Director Richard Krajicek.
