Reality Racing is in active negotiations with a group that when completed, will enable the show's producer to complete the post-edit of the footage already taped and the remainder of the 1st Season of the show. Reality Racing is confident they will be able to obtain the additional funding and meet obligations to viewers, shareholders and the network.

HOUSTON, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Reality Racing (Pink Sheets: RRGI - News) has signed a non-binding development agreement with Kenny Wallace based on the development, production, and delivery of new media properties for the professional racing and motorsports industries. The two intend to collaborate on various reality-based programs delivered by traditional on-air broadcasting mechanisms, in addition to streaming interactive content via Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) channels. The company expects its first program offering to be in production by the end of the first quarter of 2008.

Reality Racing -- The Rookie Challenge premiered on Spike TV May 19th, 2007. The show has been described by journalists as "NASCAR meets American Idol," and became a vital part of Spike's PowerBlock of automotive and motorsports programming. The PowerBlock, including Reality Racing, Bullrun, and Trucks!, was the market leader amongst male audiences 18 to 49 years of age, and achieved the highest ratings of any fully-distributed cable channel during that time period, as reported by Viacom (http://www.viacom.com/pdf/pulse%202q%202007%20final.pdf)(See page 6).

Racing games in general tend to drift toward the arcade side of reality, mainly due to hardware limitations, especially in the 1980s and 1990s. It is ... untrue to say that there were no games considered simulations in their time.
