If you mention the word 'Mark' to the Old Hermit when discussing other quests and stuff, he will advise that you go to Raven's Dust and see Princess Delilah. Not certain if this is a required step or just co-incidence....but he does this as part of the right to gain access to Raven's Dust via the portal.

Each class has a series of quests to get some very nice armor items. These quests require some tradeskilling, and collection of materials from deep GoD zones. The items produced are quite nice.

Daily quests are a sub-type of repeatable quests that you may only do once per (calendar) day. That is, you could do one at 11pm on one day, and 1am on the next, but would then have to wait until after midnight to do again.

The worst quests are the ones that require you to kill things underwater. It's absurd to have reduced swim speed while the mob still has normal mob speed and it dazes/nets you. It's ... annoying when the naga in the drowned reef swim THROUGH the ship walls.

Some quests will not be sharable, since they apply only to the player who accepted the quest. If the option to accept the quest is not given to a party member, they will not receive credit for having helped complete it. If accepting the quest gives an item which is required to do the quest, the quest is usually not shareable.
