The Quad Cities has been passingly referred to as "forgottonia". Without a sizable core city, a major sports team or even formal recognition as a single urban entity from many planning comissions, it remains undetected on the national radar. As a result, it is frequently derided for its lack of stature when it achieves national attention. Such derision is more a reflection of the ignorance of those outside the area than it is legitimate fodder for amusement. Visitors are encouraged to check their biases at the door and explore everything the area has to offer.

A pioneer in “For Sale By Owner” advertising on the Internet, QCFSBO®.com was the first company in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas to offer this valuable service to thousands of area sellers and buyers. With an emphasis on spreading the word and bringing sellers and buyers together without the expensive middle man of yesteryear, QCFSBO®.com has become an invaluable fixture in the Quad Cities. QCFSBO®.com was born from the idea that home sellers really didn't need more middlemen but desperately needed a marketing hub. One place where quality advertising could be found at reasonable prices. One place where buyers could view a grand selection of every type of home in all price ranges and areas. A place where sellers knew that their home was finally getting the exposure they needed.
