The Pumpkin Patch - located in the Ceredo Plaza, opened in 1977. Their sister store located in downtown Huntington since 1989, City Kids is a specialty children's shop carrying sizes preemie to 16 for girls and preemie to size 10 for boys.

This weekend, more than 85 retailers and restaurants opened, including Dillard's, Banana Republic, Coach, White House/Black Market, Aeropostale, Pumpkin Patch, Victoria's Secret, lucy, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, Paradise Bakery & Café and Ann Taylor. In total this year, roughly 100 retailers and restaurants are poised to open. The phased project will see more merchants open in 2008, including as Dick's Sporting Goods, Brio Tuscan Grille, Barnes & Noble and Sephora.

Pumpkin Patch ... has a theater for showing their own pumpkin farm movie, written and directed by a VanDerwerken daughter. The renovated dairy barn offers shelter from bad weather. The snack bar and gift shop are in the old barn hayloft. A clubhouse was built around a tree for climbing to the second story with a fireman's pole just for sliding to the basement. Plus children can pulley a can of feed on the goat walk. Why?
