The fiscal agent has begun collecting NPIs from providers. Please submit your provider number and corresponding NPI to the fiscal agent on the provider’s letterhead or by going to the Provider Services Enrollment section of the Department’s website. Click on Providers already enrolled in the Colorado Medical Assistance Program, click on Provider Enrollment Update Information (02/07), and follow the instructions. The owner of the NPI must sign the document authorizing release of their NPI number to the fiscal agent. Every health care provider needs to get an NPI.

WATERBURY, Conn., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Therap Services has been approved by Florida Medicaid to provide direct claim submission for providers in the developmental disabilities community. The Electronic Remittance Voucher (EVR) 837 Professional claims will be submitted to Florida Medicaid via the ANSI EDI X12 standards. The direct claim submission is a new feature in Therap's Billing module which lets providers submit billing claims directly to Florida Medicaid and track their status.
