Pregnancy as well as breast-feeding: Proscar has been shown to cause harm to the human fetus. Incase you think you may be pregnant, contact your doctor immediately. It is unknown incase Proscar is excreted in breast milk. Do not breast-feed while using Proscar.

Ask your personal health care specialist to give you the Proscar dosage best suited to you, as it largely depends on a number of factors such as age, sex, weight, general health condition and medical history. Under no circumstances should you self medicate. Once you have the dosage the doctor specified, make sure you are closely following it, without altering the Proscar doses in any way, either by changing the time interval between intakes or the intake dosage.
